Which supermarket has the best store locator and why? A UX/UI review of the leading retail giants.
We reviewed all the big supermarket giants ‘Store Locator’ user journey. While Sainsburys did well, Tesco was by far the smoothest journey. Waitrose, Aldi and morrisons could all do a lot better!
Tesco has a really clean interface where stores are indicated on a map with a number icon from 1>10 where 1 is the nearest store to you. The store details are displayed in the results panel which keeps everything clean.
