Google Chrome is the most popular desktop browser and is used for 66% of all desktop browsing. The once-mighty Internet Explorer now has just 12% of the desktop market, however, Microsoft’s latest offering Edge is steadily increasing it’s market share and is up to 4%. Firefox has seen a dramatic drop in its popularity, and is down at around 10%, while Safari continues to hold steady with around 4% of the market share.
